We want to be upfront about how our plant and sod warranty works — because it rewards clients who invest in their landscape properly. Our standard coverage for trees, shrubs, and sod starts at 10 days from the final walkthrough. But if you have an active irrigation system and fertilization program in place, that warranty extends to a full year.

This isn’t us trying to dodge responsibility. Living plant material has real needs, and proper watering and feeding are the single biggest factors in long-term success. When those systems are in place, we’re confident enough in the outcome to back it for 12 months.

What Falls Outside Our Coverage
