The most important aspect in hardscaping is proper compaction.

Our favorite friends are the jumping jack and plate compactor.

Before you install your base you will need to compact the dirt.

Once the dirt is properly compacted you can install your base layer.

We suggest an open base grade in the form of 57 stone.

57 stone is used for the base in retaining walls, paver patios and artificial turf.
